Are Black women allowed  pleasure based, restorative solitude?

A home where a woman can get a few hours of sleep at night is not necessarily a home where she experiences deep rest.  Though any woman who has experienced intimate terrorism knows that a few hours of uninterrupted sleep, without the need to be alert and ready to satisfy the needs of others, is a luxury.
